Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on bgdgo, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited. bgdgo may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.

Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created with incorrect or false information will be closed upon verification. Users must notify the support team immediately if any of their details change.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Passwords should not be shared with third parties. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the bgdgo support team immediately.

Deposit Terms

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally processed instantly.
• Bank transfers (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) may take slightly longer to process.

Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• bgdgo reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal if it is considered suspicious.

Anti-Money Laundering

bgdgo follows anti-money laundering policies. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the platform authority may request identity verification and an explanation of the transaction. Failure to cooperate may result in the account being suspended.

Welcome Bonus Terms

A 200% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at bgdgo, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

VIP Program & Cashback

bgdgo's VIP program has four tiers. Higher tiers are reached based on regular and continued play:

• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

General Bonus Rules

• bgdgo reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If bgdgo detects bonus fraud, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings.

Gaming Integrity

bgdgo uses SSL encryption and technical safeguards to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment. If any user attempts to dishonestly exploit programming errors, software bugs, or other technical advantages, the relevant account will be closed and winnings may be voided.

Prohibited Activities
